We are a group of people in Richmond Hill that are desperate for more of the Lord. We desire to be "always hungry, never satisified." We truly believe that "our hunger determines the depth of our visitation" and we desire to live a lifestyle that will not settle for anything less than the man Jesus. We invite you to come and join us on this quest to walk in the fullness of what Jesus has for us. - School's back in session, so we will be opening the Youth Room at 3:00 PM on Wednesday afternoons. We will need help from the parents to make this happen each week - Thank you in advance for giving your time to our youth group. We will be having a quiet area for homework - so don't forget your school books!
Back to School Splash Bash!! - Sunday, August 23
We are going to Splash in the Boro for our Back to School celebration. We will eat lunch in the Gill Fellowship Hall right after the 11:00 service and then load into the bus and the van, and probably a few parents' vehicles. We will return to the church by no later than 7:00 PM. Bring a towel, wear a modest swimsuit, and don't forget the sunscreen. The entry fee will be no more than $10.00, and you can bring money for snacks if you want. We will need parent drivers and chaperones. Join us for some fun in the sun!
The Vine _ Garden City UMC
Daniel Mercer is starting The Vine for the fall on Saturday, Aug. 29. We will travel there as a group, leaving the church around 7:30 and returning around 10:30. Hope to see y'all there.
